Life cycle of butterfly day 2

Students observed their caterpillars a week later and discovered, frass, webbing and the caterpillars have grown a lot.  They also discovered that taking pictures with the ipad they can later zoom in afterwards to see more details.

Students in first grade observed their baby caterpillar for the first time today.  They use magnifying glasses they took pictures with iPads, and they drew pictures in their science notebooks.
